Start with one capsule a day and after one week, increase to two per day. Some people take two in the morning and two at bedtime. Since 1998 and thousands of bottles of capsules sold, one (1) customer called and said the thought it gave him loose stools. So that's why we advise to start with one a day for the first week, then increase to two or four.
